Celebrating 26 years trading
Building Energy Management and Control (Cardiff) Ltd. are a South Wales based Building Management System (BMS), HVAC and heating controls specialist company.
We were founded in Cardiff in 1996 and are currently celebrating 20 years of trading, as such we have accumulated over 50 years experience throughout our workforce developing an incredible knowledge of the processes and tasks associated with BMS, HVAC, heating controls, energy management, electrical installation, panel design, build and installation. Working in a variety of conditions with numerous clients from new build to retrofitting, introducing control schemes with products that can produce our heating and cooling demand routines.
We were founded in Cardiff in 1996 and are currently celebrating 25 years of trading. Our specialist team have accumulated over 50 years experience, developing a thorough knowledge of the processes and tasks associated with BEMS, HVAC, heating controls, energy management, electrical installation, panel design, build and installation. 
 
We work in a variety of environments with numerous clients from new build to retrofitting, introducing control schemes with products that can produce our heating and cooling demand routines.
We are responsible for maintenance and servicing of multiple sites throughout South Wales. We specialise in Cylon controls but also work with other control systems including Trend, Honeywell, Satchwell/ Schneider and SeaChange.
 
We are proficient in BMS integration, supporting systems and equipment from a range of manufactures via Modbus and BACNet communication networks.
 
We provide end-user graphical interface with our systems and undertake bespoke training with clients to ensure they can use our systems to their full functionality.
 
Our electrical department supporting the control work that we undertake are responsible for electrical installations, including; power and lighting, containment, metering and electrical inspection and testing
